Bethany Meredith
President
Bethany is a devoted wife and mother of three beautiful children. As a professional hairstylist and woman of faith, she believes that when God gives you a talent, it means to be multiplied and shared with others. With a heart for giving back, Bethany's commitment to helping others is shown through her involvement in participating in back-to-school drives, offering free hairstyles for those in need, and volunteering with her church.
​Out of this passion and calling, God gave her the vision to create Fostering with Kinks & Curls. Through this nonprofit, Bethany uses her gifts to support foster and adoptive families, ensuring every child feels seen, valued, and celebrated in their culture, identity, and textured hair.

Blanco Dilliani
Vice President
Blanco is a sweet, compassionate, and faith-driven woman who brings warmth and purpose to everything that she does. She is honored to serve as the Vice President of Fostering with Kinks and Curls, a role that deeply resonates with her personal journey and family legacy. Her passion for this mission was is inspired by her grandmother's legacy of fostering children with love and resilience. As someone of mixed heritage, Blanco understands the importance of embracing different hair textures and cultural identities.Outside of her nonprofit work, she finds joy in singing, cooking, volunteering at homeless shelters, fishing, shopping, and mentoring young women.

Robin Wright
Treasurer
Robin is honored to serve as Secretary of Fostering with Kinks & Curls. With a background in analytics she brings a detail-oriented perspective that helps the organization stay on track. She believes that when the heart is combined with strategy, lasting change is possible. In Robins spare time, she enjoys traveling, experimenting with new recipes, and tending to her garden, activities that inspire creativity, patience, and connection. Through her work with Fostering with Kinks & Curls, she is committed to helping families feel supported, seen, and equipped. While celebrating the beauty of natural hair and fostering in confidence.

Lalinda is a proud mother of five children. Known for her generous spirit and kind heart, she is dedicated to giving back not only to those she loves and cares for but also to people in her community. Lalinda has a natural gift for working with children and finds joy in making a positive difference in their lives. Fostering with Kinks & Curls has given her an exciting opportunity to reconnect with her passions and step into new purpose. In her free time, she enjoys reading and looks forward to contributing to this meaningful journey alongside the team.
