Bethany Meredith
President
Bethany is a devoted wife and mother of three beautiful children. As a professional hairstylist and woman of faith, she believes that when God gives you a talent, it means to be multiplied and shared with others. With a heart for giving back, Bethany's commitment to helping others is shown through her involvement in participating in back-to-school drives, offering free hairstyles for those in need, and volunteering with her church.
​Out of this passion and calling, God gave her the vision to create Fostering with Kinks & Curls. Through this nonprofit, Bethany uses her gifts to support foster and adoptive families, ensuring every child feels seen, valued, and celebrated in their culture, identity, and textured hair.

Blanco Dilliani
Vice President
Blanco is a sweet, compassionate, and faith-driven woman who brings warmth and purpose to everything that she does. She is honored to serve as the Vice President of Fostering with Kinks and Curls, a role that deeply resonates with her personal journey and family legacy. Her passion for this mission was is inspired by her grandmother's legacy of fostering children with love and resilience. As someone of mixed heritage, Blanco understands the importance of embracing different hair textures and cultural identities.Outside of her nonprofit work, she finds joy in singing, cooking, volunteering at homeless shelters, fishing, shopping, and mentoring young women.
